-Prep with Cils Booster XL Enhancing Lash Primer (sold separately) to boost volume, length, and curl.
-Hold the mascara wand horizontally near your lashes, with the curved side facing up.
-Apply with an upward-swiping motion on your top lashes and a downward-swiping motion on your bottom lashes.
-Layer as desired for a more dramatic lash look.
