Additionally, they are compatible with Android and iOS phones and tablets, so they can be used on almost any modern gaming platform, as well as for making and receiving phone calls on your smartphone. The connecting cable features a nylon-braided jacket, which helps prevent the tangling that is common with plain cords and helps protect the inner wires from damage caused by nicks and cuts. The 6.6-foot (2-meter) cord includes an in-line controller module with a speaker volume control and an on/off switch for the microphone. Highly sensitive with a 115 decibel plus/minus 3 decibels sensitivity, the audio in your games comes through loud and clear, allowing you to hear subtle footfalls behind you in first-person games or the wind whispering through the trees in gothic horror games. The built-in noise-canceling microphone has a 6 x 5-millimeter omnidirectional transducer with a -38 decibel sensitivity for the best voice reproduction. You can swing the mic up and out of the way for those times when you don't want to talk. Cool red LED lighting provides an aesthetic boost to your gaming session, while others will see that you are ready for a big score! The package includes the headphones with USB-powered LED lighting, a built-in boom mic, and nylon braided cable with an inline controller, plus an audio splitter adapter with individual mic and speaker connections. Note that the microphone is not compatible with the PSP, Switch, and 3DS systems. The Xbox One old-style controller requires an adapter (sold separately).
