It is also vegan, gluten-free, cruelty-free, and comes in recyclable packaging.
What Else You Need to Know: The Boost + Lock Eyeshadow Primer leaves a perfecting veil with an undetectable finish that prepares the eyelids for makeup to be applied. Its universal shade melts easily into all skin tones and adds a transparent blurring effect that leaves no trace. Its tinted formula blurs eyelid imperfections and provides an optimal makeup base that makes the color's power explode. It can be applied to any type of eyeshadow, powder, cream, or liquid, it enhances the makeup result by intensifying its pigmentation and making eyeshadow colors pop.

Suggested Usage:
